Product Specifications
EverDear memorial diamonds are offered in carat ranges rather than exact carat weights. Each diamond is grown from a unique carbon source; the precise shade within your chosen color family will vary. These variations are inherent to the process and are not considered defects.
Processing of Material
Please note that the laboratory carbon extraction and refinement process is strictly irreversible; material actively undergoing processing cannot be recovered or returned.
To accommodate our clients, we only utilize the exact amount of ashes or hair required for the diamond growth process. If you send more than the requested amount, the remaining unprocessed material is kept secure. You may instruct us to securely return this remaining portion to you, or opt for our authorized premium services, which include a dignified ash-scattering ceremony at sea off the coast of Los Angeles (family attendance available; subject to separate pricing). For specific arrangements, please consult our team before processing begins.
Turnaround Time
The diamond creation process typically takes 7 to 11 months from the time we receive your samples. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Timelines may vary depending on the diamond size and color selected. Our team will keep you informed throughout the creation of your diamond(s). Priority processing is available on request.
Pricing
All prices listed on our website are current at the time of publication and are subject to change. The diamond price includes carbon extraction, diamond growth, round brilliant cutting and polishing, an in-house Certificate of Authenticity, premium gift packaging, a dedicated personal consultant, and complimentary standard shipping for the final delivery of your completed piece. Items such as specialty cuts, jewelry settings, the Welcome Kit, and IGI certification are priced separately. Custom jewelry orders include up to two complimentary design drafts; additional drafts are subject to an extra fee.
Shipping and Insurance
All shipments are insured. However, coverage is subject to the terms and limits of the carrier's insurance policy. EverDear is not liable for losses or delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has left our facility.

Our team responds to emails and callback requests within 48 hours on business days, though slight delays may occur during US holidays. Please note that we do not offer 24/7 customer support.
