How to Place an Order?

Submit Materials: Return the completed order form along with your carbon materials.
Reseal the welcome kit with the provided sticker, and put on the shipping label.
After we receive your signed order form and carbon materials, we'll confirm details via email. Following confirmation, the first installment is required.

A: The memorial diamond growing process is unique for each diamond. Based on our experience, it can take 7-12 months depending on the color, cut, and optional services requested.

A: We always send any remaining ashes or hair back to you upon completion of your order, free of charge.

A: Yes, you may provide fewer ashes. However, we will need an additional carbon source to supplement, such as hair. In such cases, we suggest providing hair from yourself or a family member. If that is still not enough, we can add pure carbon material as a supplement with your permission.

A: At EverDear, after placing your order, we first provide you with an exclusive order number attached to your order forms, material containers, tracking sheets, and communication forms for all intermediate lab processes. All lab processes are customized and manufactured strictly using the customer’s exclusive ID. Secondly, after your carbon source is analyzed and purified, our lab will provide you with a carbon analysis report with the elemental analysis results of your material, and the data in the report also supports third-party analysis and comparison, which truly ensures that your customized diamonds are made from the carbon source you provide.

A: No, it does not. Hair color is determined by melanin, not carbon, and we only extract carbon from the hair sample. Clarity depends on the carbon purification process. The coloration of diamonds is influenced by elements such as boron or nitrogen within the ashes or hair, which affect the intensity of the color but not the actual color itself. The unique components present in hair or ashes may result in a lighter or darker shade, as each individual's body composition differs.

A: The purchase of a diamond does not include a piece of jewelry. However, you can order a jewelry setting, and we can mount the diamond for you. We offer a variety of jewelry settings, including rings, earrings, bracelets, and pendants. We can also collaborate on custom jewelry if you have a specific design in mind or if you are interested in replicating an existing piece of jewelry.

A: All of our pendants come with an 18” chain, with a variety of styles to choose from. If you do not wish to order a chain, we can deduct $150 from the price of the pendant.

A: This depends on the country you will be sending your ashes or hair from. Please choose a reliable carrier, such as USPS or FedEx, and use a registered mail service with a tracking number. Also, provide us with the tracking number so we can track your order thoroughly. Regardless of your choice, we highly recommend labeling the ashes or hair as “carbon sample for lab analysis” to facilitate the shipping process effectively.
